The Content is divided up into 2 half day sessions so that Administrators have time to reflect and discuss internally on how they want to customize the 3D Experience Platform after learning what can be customized and how it can be used to better control and document their design lifecycle.

3DEXPERIENCE Administration Essentials is a foundational training course which sets up platform administrators and empowers them to configure the platform and platform settings for their organization.

- How to Control User Permissions to access Document
- How Documents are Stored and Organized on the 3D Experience Platform
- Creating User Groups
- Inviting Member to the 3D Experience Platform
- Graning Roles using User Groups
- Grating Access Permissions using User Groups
- Installing 3DEXPERIENCE Applications
- Creating and Mapping Custom Attributes to SOLIDWORKS File Properties
- Modify Additional Important Settings to Match company Processes
