Access to the Virtual Xpert
For more complex technical support issues, subscribers are sometimes offered the opportunity to remotely view our support team as they demonstrate how to achieve desired results. Alternatively, the support team can remotely access your workstation (with your permission) and walk you through resolving your technical issues step-by-step.

Free Upgrade Sessions
With every major release of SolidWorks, the CAD MicroSolutions Manufacturing Team offers free upgrade sessions to subscribers. Class size is limited to 8 attendees per session in order to ensure a high level of student partcipation. These sessions run for several months after each new version is released.

Access to a Comprehensive Knowledge Base
Search a comprehensive library of documents including: Technical Articles, Help Topics, Tech Tips, Tech Alerts, Macros, and Best Practices written and reviewed by SolidWorks Experts.

View your service requests
Submit and track your services requests over the web. As a SolidWorks Subscription Customer, you have the ability to make enhancement requests. Customer enhancement requests are a focal point for our Product Engineering Group when determining which functionalities to include in future releases. Over 90% of enhancements are based on requests by subscription customers.

Participate in Webcasts
We encourage SolidWorks Subscription Customers to participate in regularly scheduled webcasts as well as view archived webcasts. SolidWorks webcasts are the easiest way to pick up productivity tips to help you get the most from your software.

Enjoy direct access to a comprehensive library of parts, assemblies, and features contributed by other SolidWorks users around the globe. Pan, rotate, and zoom in on better views. Drag and drop models directly into your design projects and save yourself hours of design time.

Manufacturing Network
SolidWorks Subscription Service entitles qualified service companies to a free listing in the Manufacturing Network. The Manufacturing Network is an online directory that helps SolidWorks customers easily locate local service vendors that can work with native SolidWorks files, eliminating data conversion issues, reducing errors and cost, and improving time-to-market.
